This Refund & Return Policy complies with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法), the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法), and the Civil Code of Japan (民法).
It applies to all orders placed with TODOKEYA, operated by Yotei Group Co., Ltd.
1. General Principle
All sales are final once the order is confirmed. We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances, except where required by Japanese law. If a product is defective, incorrect, or undelivered due to our fault, we will arrange a replacement delivery of the same or equivalent item.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement
We will provide replacement products in the following cases:
- Defective Product – The product is damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective upon delivery.
- Wrong Item Delivered – The product received differs from the order placed.
- Failure to Deliver – The order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our fault (excluding delays covered under Force Majeure).
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot provide replacements for:
- Perishable goods damaged after delivery due to customer handling or storage.
- Items opened, consumed, or altered after delivery (unless defective at delivery).
- Orders placed by mistake or change of mind.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Delays caused by Force Majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, heavy traffic, accidents, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Replacement Procedure
- Contact us within 7 days from delivery at contact@todoke-ya.com.
- Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos showing the defect or issue.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement delivery at no additional cost to you.
- If an identical item is not available, we will deliver a product of equivalent value and type.
5. Delivery Costs
- If the replacement is due to our fault, we will cover all shipping costs.
- Requests outside this policy will not be eligible for replacement, and all costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, non-performance, or inability to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”), including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Heavy traffic, road closures, or accidents
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Government restrictions or emergencies
- Public health events or pandemics
In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be provided unless legally required.
7. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit your non-waivable statutory rights under Japanese law.

返金・返品ポリシー

本返金・返品ポリシーは、特定商取引法、消費者契約法、民法に準拠し、株式会社Yotei group（以下「当社」）が運営する TODOKEYA の全ての注文に適用されます。
1. 基本方針
注文確定後の販売は最終的なものとし、現金での返金は一切行いません（法律で義務付けられる場合を除く）。不良品、誤配送、または当社責による未配達の場合は、同一または同等品の代替品を配送します。
2. 代替品提供の対象
以下の場合に代替品を提供します。
- 不良品 – 配達時に破損、腐敗、その他欠陥がある場合。
- 誤配送 – 注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合。
- 未配達 – 当社の責により、合意した期限内に商品が届かない場合（不可抗力による遅延を除く）。
3. 対象外となる場合
以下の場合は代替品を提供できません。
- 配達後の保管方法や使用方法により破損・劣化した生鮮食品。
- 開封・消費・改変後の商品（配達時不良を除く）。
- 注文確定後のお客様都合による変更やキャンセル。
- 購入時に「返品不可」と明記された商品。
- 不可抗力による遅延（天候不良、自然災害、道路封鎖、交通渋滞、事故、ストライキ、パンデミック、政府の規制、その他当社の合理的管理を超える事由を含む）。
4. 手続き方法
- 配達日から7日以内にメール（contact@todoke-ya.com）でご連絡ください。
- 注文番号、商品詳細、問題箇所がわかる写真を送付してください。
- 承認後、追加費用なしで代替品を配送します。
- 同一商品がない場合は、同等の価値と種類の商品をお送りします。
5. 送料負担
- 当社責による場合、送料は当社負担。
- 本ポリシーの対象外の場合は、代替品の提供は行わず、送料もお客様負担となります。
6. 不可抗力
当社は、以下を含む当社の合理的管理を超える事由（「不可抗力事由」）によって生じた遅延や不履行について責任を負いません。
- 天候不良
- 自然災害（地震、洪水等）
- 交通渋滞、道路封鎖、事故
- ストライキや労働争議
- 政府の規制や緊急事態
- 公衆衛生上の事象やパンデミック
これらの場合、法律で義務付けられる場合を除き、返金や代替品提供は行いません。
7. 法的権利
本ポリシーは、日本法に基づくお客様の放棄できない法的権利を制限するものではありません。
